From Nuclear to Space: with our technical training classes, Unimec is a trusted partner of all of our Customers.

Personalized Customer support and continuous technical training are two paramount cornerstones of Unimec’s business model: during the month of May we were honored to welcome two prestigious customers in our Usmate-Velate headquarters.

The first visit was from an important French company operating in the aerospace and nuclear fields. In the month of April, our COO Alessandro Maggioni, along with the Unimec Technical Staff, visited the Customer’s premises in France and held an initial presentation and training class on site.

Based on the positive feedback, the Customer immediately reciprocated the visit to our Global Headquarters in the Milan area for an intensive 10-hour long meeting and tour of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

After this first exchange, a few days ago we also had the pleasure to welcome and train a potential new distributor from the Northern European market: at Unimec, we demand that all of our Distributors are comprehensively educated on the technical aspects of our products, thus capable of offering a high quality technical assistance to their local customers.

Quality and continuous training, both internally with our employees, and externally with our partners, are some of the main pillars of our growth and, ultimately, the foundations of true Ars Mechanica.
