Unimec have been collaborating with Agudio for years: Agudio is a company based in Turin with more than 150 years of history and experience, leader in the international special cableway market of special systems for transport by rope.

After the fair in Turkey, Unimec goes further. In February the Lombard company has attended the Solar Expo Korea exhibition, thanks to its local retailer GT-Korea, which has exhibited Unimec’s products to an international audience.

Unimec has just left behind the Motek in Stuttgart, the first exhibition in which it participated as Unimec Deutschland and which represented, for the Italian company, a big step toward success in the German market.

Last month Unimec hosted some special guests, the students from two classes of two schools. Unimec great experience in screw jacks is very well known and in fact, at the end of the tour, the students wanted to know much more about the subject.

Screw jacks are employed in different application fields: from aeronautics to shipbuilding, from railway sector, to energy, and much more. Also the theatrical, where screw jacks are used to move the stage. To guarantee the performance it’s necessary a high precision degree screw jack model, high lifting capacity and the maximum safety grade.

In this way, Unimec improves its “made in Italy”, which is already very appreciated, especially abroad, where the Italian quality is and have always been a symbol of excellence. "Made in Brianza" is an award for the localized production in Brianza, a region rich in resources and opportunities, very important niche for the mechanical market.

2011 has been an important year for Unimec; the Lombard Company celebrated thirty years of life: three decades of great success and growth for the company which also went through very difficult moments, in which Unimec has been able to overcome, getting up again to be stronger than before.
