Unimec, continued remote training for improved customer service

At Unimec we have always considered training as a vital tool for all of our distributors and partners and made it a point to not allow the Covid-19 pandemic to affect our commitment to continue such an essential activity.

In a previous newsletter, we discussed the custom digital platform specifically created by Unimec to continue, even during these challenging times, our regular webinars and remote training sessions.

In the last week of February we conducted our first 100% remote training course on our digital platform: the class had a total duration of 6 hours (3 hours/day for 2 days) and was attended by 8 engineers from Israel and 4 technicians from Germany.

The first day was dedicated to a general company overview and our new and revolutionary Argo product suite. The second day started with a virtual tour of our facilities, in which all of the attendees had an opportunity to see with their own eyes our state-of-the-art layout and proprietary production equipment.

Finally, we illustrated in great detail the potentiality of our website and its reserved area, an important tool for all of our customers, distributors and partners.

The training course was a success and was greatly appreciated by all of the attendees who showed keen interest throughout the two days and evident satisfaction at the conclusion of the event.

The positive response gave us a strong indication for the future and convinced us to continue along this route with more training classes to accomplish our goals of continuous improvement.
