Producing high quality products is only the first step in offering an excellent customer experience: being able to offer quick lead times and provide prompt, accurate and reliable information throughout the process is an equally important part of the experience.
In order to improve our communication and promptly inform our customers on the status of their orders, Unimec has implemented a new service that automatically notifies the customer when assembly of the order has been completed.
After this step the product will go through the final stages of production, quality check, painting and packaging; once the order is finally ready to ship, Unimec’s new automatic service will again notify the customer.
At Unimec we believe that effective communication is a key element in supporting our customers in logistically complex applications demanding prompt, accurate and reliable information.
But there is more: in the near future Unimec will also implement an even more convenient and effective tool that will allow our customers to monitor the production progress of their orders in real time!
